About This Blog

One thing I realized with my years of looking into Salesforce options is that a lot of people ask for help, receive advice, but in the end, you don’t often hear whether or not the option worked.  Did they pick that answer?  Did it work?  Did they have to modify the answer? When there are multiple options, WHY did they pick A over B?  Because I can’t handle the unknown, I am going to do my best to add the why and go over pros and cons in general with options and features to give a complete view.

In addition, all of us admin have a list that could go to the moon and back of the it would be nice if’s for our orgs, and seeing as time is a resource more precious than oil and diamonds, I will do my best to share easy, timesaving solutions. I hope, that you too will add comments and share ideas as well.  Hopefully we can learn from each other, and transfer our lessons learned to reduce fire-drills, inspire ideas, and fix that annoying problem that isn’t important enough to have a project approved for.

My posts will be on the blog here, my code is on GitHub.  Please sign up to follow my blog and Twitter (@MeighanSF) so you don’t miss a beat.  Last but not least, you can learn more about me here.
