Do You Ever Wish You Didn’t Have Report Footers?

Don’t you just hate when you export your report from Salesforce and start analyzing your data; you, insert table, add a pivot table, and then you realize… you forgot to delete the footer.  UGG! Now you need to find the rows in you data and punching+laptopdelete them. But how many are there? Where are they?

BLEH!  You don’t need this stress, so don’t let it happen. Remove the disclaimer footer from your report exports as default, and never worry about finding the rows in your data again.

How?

Setup – Customize – Reports & Dashboards – Reports and Dashboards  SettingsSetup - Customize - Reports & Dashboards - Reports & Dashboards Settings

Then check the “Exclude Disclaimer from Exported Reports” checkbox and save. Select the checkbox to "Exclude Disclaimer Footer" and save.

Anyone have any other tricks to share?
